It is very important to us that you are 100% happy with your products. If you are not, please return the product to us following our instructions. Below and we will exchange or refund it to the card of the person who originally paid and placed the order.

Under distance selling regulations, if you buy either online or phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes a delivery charge, but excludes a delivery charge for products ordered incorrectly (size).

The condition of the returned product is very important:

Please return items in the best possible condition, so please take care of them and keep all packaging. We don’t have a set time limit on returns, but if do change your mind about your purchase, it can make your return easier and quicker to administer if you send the item back as soon as possible.

Ufhhq returns procedure:

Returns can be made to us via, Royal Mail (or courier collection for larger or heavy items). For returns via Royal Mail or a courier please write your reason(s) for the return on the back of the delivery note. Please include the delivery note with the product, and box up very securely.

Please call us on (0)800 772 0752 for more details. We will refund the full cost on any refund that is returned in re-salable condition (packed in original wrapping) but will not compensate any delivery charges for products ordered incorrectly (size) etc.

Any product sent back due to being faulty will have all packaging costs returned.

In most circumstances unfortunately it’s not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed.

If you would like to add any products to your order, please place a new order for these products.
