Delivery is free on all of our products.
Delivery time is usually 2 day’s (not including weekends) if order placed before midday.
Next day delivery is an optional extra.
Order tracking is possible with your tracking number.
Any missing, incomplete or damaged orders:
If your order has not arrived, or comes incomplete, first of all please contact us here. If your order has been dispatched but has not arrived within the expected time period, please contact us, or call us on 0800 772 0752 between 8am and 9pm, 7 days a week.
If you’ve more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so may arrive separately. If this is not the case and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the confirmation email sent to you, please contact us.
